Key Responsibilities
- Match claimant details, such as name, policy number, and date of birth, against records in the policy administration system to confirm authenticity. If the data doesn’t match, Clyde immediately notifies your claims handler.
- Employ additional verification methods, including one-time passwords or knowledge-based questions, when necessary to further authenticate claimant identity.
- Flag and escalate potential mismatches or indicators of identity fraud to the appropriate team members for further investigation. No room for imposters here.
- Uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze IDs, policy documents, and claim-related paperwork for authenticity and accuracy. If it’s forged or expired, it’s flagged.
- Ensures that every verification step meets regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, all based on country, state, or jurisdiction requirements. No shortcuts, no compliance headaches.
